- Indicate your shipping and billing information, and choose your preferred payment method: Card | Bank Transfer | PayPal.
- Before finalising the purchase you will see a summary of your order. Take a look in case there is any incorrect information or you want to add something. If you click Place Order, you will receive an email with a summary of the information.
- We will send your purchase by courier to the address you have provided us. When the order leaves BirdGard Iberia you will receive another email so that you can track the shipment at all times. The delivery time to Euope is usually 4 - 6 business days. These are estimated times and transport agencies usually make deliveries until approximately 7:00 p.m., Monday to Friday.
- We always ship orders after payment confirmation. You can locate your order from "My Account" in the "My Orders" section. You will be able to review the status of your order from the moment you confirm it, until the delivery. Once the order leaves our logistics center, we will inform you and issue the invoice so that you can download it.
