Shipping costs
Before finalising the order, our online store will automatically calculate the shipping costs based on the weight of the products you have in the cart and according to the shipping address that you indicate during the purchase process. You can always see the shipping costs associated with your order before making the payment.
To know what the exact amount of the shipping costs will be, you must add the products you wish to purchase to your cart. Our online store will then automatically calculate the shipping costs to mainland Spain.
If during the purchase process you indicate a shipping address other than mainland Spain, for example, the system will automatically recalculate the shipping costs to that area and you will be able to see them in your shopping cart’s summary.
International shipping costs include the processing of the export customs declaration. For shimpments outside of the European Union, upon receipt of the order, you will need to pay the applicable fees for taxes and import customs declaration.
Shipment tracking and delivery times
We will send the order after confirmation of payment. You will receive a message confirming the shipment of your order and the order information so that you can monitor the shipment at the transport agency. The usual delivery times are:
- Mainland Spain and Portugal: delivery in 24-48 hours after the order is dispatched.
- Other European Countries: 4-6 working days
Frequently asked questions about shipments
What happens if I'm not home when the delivery staff comes?
If you are not at the delivery address when your order is delivered, a new delivery attempt will be scheduled for the next business day. There will be a total of 2 attempts. The transport agency will contact you. If delivery is not possible, the package will be returned to us.
Which transport agency will deliver my order?
In most cases, Correos Express / UPS will be the agency responsible for delivering the order. However, we reserve the right to use other shipping agencies when we judge them more suitable for the specific delivery.
