Accessing and/or using this website entails the status of USER, and implies the acceptance, from the said access and/or use, of the General Conditions of Use detailed here. The aforementioned Conditions shall be applicable regardless of the General Contract Conditions that may have to be fulfilled.
Use of the online store
BirdGard Iberia, through its websites, provides access to a multitude of products, information or data (hereinafter, "the contents") on the Internet belonging to BirdGard Iberia, or to third parties, to which the USER may have access.
The USER assumes responsibility for the use of the online store. This responsibility includes the registration process necessary to access certain services or contents. During the said registration, the user will be responsible for providing truthful and lawful information. Under no circumstances shall BirdGard Iberia be held liable for damages of any kind that might be caused, by way of example, by errors or omissions in the content, lack of availability of the portal or the transmission of viruses or malicious or harmful programs in the content, despite having adopted all the necessary technological measures to avoid this.

Right of exclusion
BirdGard Iberia reserves the right to deny or withdraw access to the online store and/or the services offered without prior notice, at its own request or at the request of a third party, to those users who fail to comply with the General Conditions of Use.
Generalities
BirdGard Iberia shall pursue the breach of the conditions as well as any improper use of its online store, exercising all civil and criminal actions to which it is entitled by law.

Governing law and jurisdiction
The relationship between BirdGard Iberia and the USER shall be governed by current Spanish regulations and any controversy will be submitted to the Courts and Tribunals of Madrid.
If the purchasing party has its registered office outside Spain, both parties submit to the Courts and Tribunals of Madrid (Spain), expressly waiving any other jurisdiction to which they may be entitled.
