Bird Tape - EcoBirdNex - Recommended Use

• Install the Bird Tape before birds start damaging crops.
• Place the ribbon in sections of 4 to 8 metres, using a mast or any type of support.
• Secure it by twisting the ribbon two or three times around each peg.
• Make sure it is tight enough to avoid spirals, until completing the necessary length (4-8 meters).
• Place the tape facing the wind, that way it will be more effective.
• Height:
  • For small crops, place the ribbons at a height of 90 cm from the ground.
  • In groves or vineyards always place the ribbon above the crops to take advantage of the movement of the wind.
• Distance between bird tapes:
  • Install the bird taps with a separation of approximately 9 metres for gardens and small crops.
  • Create a separation of about 25 metres for larger areas.
  • Where greater protection is needed, the ribbons can be placed closer to one another or overlapped at different heights.
