Solar Bird Repeller - WK0109
The Solar Bird Repeller WK0109 is designed to repel birds such as sparrows, pigeons... easily and ecologically, covering an area of up to 400 m².
- Plays calls of birds of prey — eagles, hawks and owls — in sequences of approximately 1 minute.
- Also emits high-intensity LED flashes, increasing its deterrent effect on birds.
- It has two operating modes:
- AUTO mode:
- In this mode, the repeller emits predator sounds at preset intervals, adjustable between 4 and 25 minutes.
- The device has automatic light induction: when it gets dark, it stops working until the next day.
- PIR mode:
- In this mode, the motion sensor located on the front of the device activates the sound emission only when movement is detected.
- The motion sensor has a detection angle of about 120 degrees and a maximum range of 10 meters.
- In both operating modes, the sound volume can be adjusted.
- The repeller operates exclusively with 4 rechargeable AA batteries (1.2 V, included), which are automatically recharged by the integrated polycrystalline solar panel (6 V, 140 mA).
- Designed for outdoor use, the device features IP44 protection, making it resistant to water splashes. However, it should not be exposed directly to heavy rain or water jets. It is recommended to install it under a roof or cover that protects it without interfering with its operation.

Installation and Maintenance Tips
- Installation Tips:
- Screw the device to a pole, wall, tree, or other support.
- It is recommended to mount the repeller 1–1.5 meters above the height where birds usually perch.
- Do not place the device near obstacles such as trees, branches, or eaves that could block the motion sensor and reduce its effectiveness.
- Before using, make sure the batteries are correctly installed, respecting the indicated polarity. The batteries recharge automatically through the solar panel.
- Do not use non-rechargeable batteries. Do not mix batteries of different types or new and used ones.
- Adjust the volume, operation mode, and activation frequency (if using the AUTO mode).
- For best results, we recommend combining this sound bird repeller with the Scarecrow Kite. Birds will hear predator sounds (including hawks) and see a hawk flying in the area, creating a synergistic effect that significantly improves the effectiveness of the solution.
- Maintenance Tips:
- Although the repeller is designed for outdoor use and has IP44 protection, it is recommended to install it in a place where it is less affected by weather conditions such as rain, snow, heat, or direct sunlight.
- Clean the sensor of the photoelectric cell with a clean cloth or cotton pad, but do not touch the cell or use cleaning liquids.
- The batteries recharge with sunlight. If performance decreases, it may be advisable to replace them with new rechargeable batteries.
- If the device will not be used for a long period, remove the batteries.
