The Pack of 15 Trays for Bird Repellent Gel is the optional accessory for applying ByeBirds Gel in a cleaner, more precise and more controlled way. It is also compatible with AviFin Gel.

Each tray allows you to place the right amount of gel on a specific point, avoiding direct contact between the product and certain surfaces and making it easier to carry out a neat installation on cornices, window sills, railings, beams, ledges and other areas where birds perch or nest.

What are the trays for Bird Repellent Gel used for?

The trays act as a support for applying Bird Repellent Gel in specific points. They help keep the correct dose of product in place and make installation easier on surfaces where you do not want to apply the gel directly.

They also allow you to distribute the product in separate points, following the recommended distance according to the level of bird pressure in the area.

The aim is that, when the bird tries to return to the perching point, it comes into contact with the gel and stops seeing that area as a comfortable or safe place.

How to use the trays

To apply ByeBirds Bird Repellent Gel or AviFin Gel with trays:

1. Thoroughly clean the surface where you are going to place the trays.
2. Make sure the area is dry before installation.
3. Fix each tray to the surface with silicone or polyurethane adhesive.
4. Apply approximately 20 g of Bird Repellent Gel inside each tray.
5. Place the trays in a straight line, following the recommended distance according to the severity of the problem.
6. If the surface is very wide or the problem is severe, install a second line of trays.

Do not install the trays on rainy days or on wet surfaces, as moisture can affect the correct adhesion of the silicone or polyurethane adhesive.

Recommended distance between trays

The distance between trays depends on the level of bird pressure and whether the area is used for nesting, resting or occasional perching.

Each installation should be assessed according to the type of bird, the number of birds, the width of the surface and the conditions of the building. As a general rule, the more severe the problem, the more product you will need and the shorter the distance between trays should be.

Important: gel is not included

This product includes only the Pack of 15 Trays.

ByeBirds Bird Repellent Gel and AviFin Gel are sold separately. To complete the installation, you will also need to purchase the gel cartridge.
