The Pack of 20 Application Dishes for Bird Repellent Gel is the optional accessory for applying ByeBirds Gel in a cleaner, more precise and more controlled way. It is also compatible with AviFin Gel.

Each dish allows you to place the correct amount of gel at a specific point, avoiding direct contact between the product and certain surfaces and making installation more organised on ledges, windowsills, railings, beams, projections and other areas where birds perch or nest.

What are the application dishes for Bird Repellent Gel used for?

The dishes act as a support for applying Bird Repellent Gel in a localised way. They help keep the dose of product in place and make installation easier on surfaces where you do not want to apply the gel directly.

They also allow the product to be distributed point by point, respecting the recommended distance according to the level of bird pressure in the area.

The aim is that, when the bird tries to return to the perching point, it comes into contact with the gel and stops considering that area a comfortable or safe place.

How to use the dishes

To apply ByeBirds Bird Repellent Gel or AviFin Gel with dishes:

1. Clean the surface where the dishes are going to be placed.
2. Make sure the area is dry before installation.
3. Fix each dish to the surface with silicone or polyurethane.
4. Apply approximately 20 g of Bird Repellent Gel inside each dish.
5. Place the dishes in a straight line, respecting the recommended distance according to the level of the problem.
6. If the surface is very wide or the problem is severe, install a second line of dishes.

Do not install the dishes on rainy days or on wet surfaces, as moisture may affect the correct adhesion of the silicone or polyurethane.

Recommended distance between dishes

The distance between dishes depends on the level of bird pressure and whether the area is used for nesting, resting or occasional perching.

Each installation should be assessed according to the type of bird, the number of birds, the width of the surface and the conditions of the building. As a general rule, the more serious the problem, the more product you will need and the shorter the distance between dishes should be.

ByeBirds Bird Repellent Gel and AviFin Gel are sold separately. To complete the installation, you also need to purchase the gel cartridge.
